Rooted in Family, Dedicated to Community: The Enduring Legacy of Jamison Company Real Estate
Our story begins with Bob Jamison, who first embarked on his real estate journey in 1982. Though he stepped away from active practice for a period, his passion for property and development was rekindled in 2000. It was then that Bob, alongside some of his children, took on the ambitious project of developing Prairie Hills. This was a true learning ground, as the family collectively mastered the intricacies of land sales, transforming a piece of property into a residential and commercial lots. From these early days, Bob established a core tenet for Jamison Company Real Estate: an unwavering commitment to being active and supportive within the local community, including dedicated involvement in the local real estate association, RASE. Bob’s daughter-in-law, Beth, embraced this vision wholeheartedly, obtaining her real estate license in 2007 and beginning her career under his guidance.
Beth's dedication and skill quickly became apparent. In 2008, amidst a challenging economic depression, she was honored as RASE's "Newcomer of the Year," a recognition of both her outstanding sales performance and her profound commitment to the association. A year later, in 2009, Bob confidently passed the torch, and Beth stepped into the role of responsible broker and owner of Jamison Company Real Estate. The company's foundation of integrity and service was further strengthened in 2013 when Beth welcomed Anne, a long-time friend and colleague whose ethics and dedication perfectly aligned with the vision Bob and Beth had cultivated. The family commitment deepened as Beth’s daughter, Jessica, joined initially as an office administrator before earning her real estate license in 2015, proudly marking the third generation to contribute to the company's success.
Today, Jamison Company Real Estate continues to flourish as a family-oriented and community-focused business. The team has grown to include Beth's husband, Greg, who earned his license in 2020. Alongside Anne and Jessica, this dedicated group steadfastly upholds Bob's founding principles. Their active involvement in RASE is a testament to this, with Beth having served as President in 2017, Anne as President in 2022, and Jessica beginning her service on the RASE Board of Directors in 2025. This commitment to excellence and community has fostered strong relationships, evidenced by a significant number of repeat clients and a business built largely on referrals from those who have experienced the Jamison Company Real Estate difference, firsthand.
