I embarked on my real estate career in 2007, finding a real passion for helping people with their property needs. In 2009, I stepped into the role of responsible broker and owner of Jamison Company Real Estate, aiming to build upon the foundational values my father-in-law, Bob Jamison, had established. I was fortunate to have a productive start, closing 28 transactions in my first year, which provided a valuable learning experience. In 2008, I was grateful to be recognized as "Newcomer of the Year" by the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire (RASE). My ongoing commitment to serving my clients and our profession has also awarded me nominations for Realtor of the Year in 2010 and 2011.
Guiding my approach is a philosophy inspired by Walt Disney: "Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends." I try to live by this principle, and I'm deeply grateful that much of my business comes from referrals from past clients. It’s a wonderful affirmation that the personal attention I aim to provide makes a difference. The aim of these tours is to provide helpful insights into Sioux Falls' diverse neighborhoods, amenities, schools, and overall lifestyle, helping you make an informed decision.
My passion for our community has also led me to serve in various capacities, including a term as President of RASE in 2017, and in the past, to contribute to boards like the Avera Family Wellness Program Advisory Board, the SD Symphony League Board, and the SD Youth Symphony Board. Beyond my professional commitments and past service on various RASE committees, REALTORS® for Kids, and PRESA. My husband, the Honorable Representative Greg Jamison, and I enjoy contributing to the positive growth of Sioux Falls. We try to stay involved by supporting local politics and the arts, and we value the opportunity to volunteer our time at The Banquet. I truly love Sioux Falls and find great joy in sharing what makes our city special with those new to our community. When I'm not focused on real estate or community activities, I enjoy staying active by playing tennis, and chasing my grandchildren around.
